Alex is a founding partner of Motus Capital Management. Previously Alex was the Co-Head of the Digital Assets Group at Citi, where he was responsible for business development and thought leadership across digital assets. Alex has been investing in the digital asset space since 2016, writing weekly insight pieces since 2017, and advising clients and former colleagues consistently through various market cycles. This dedication has built trust and a meaningful network across the digital asset ecosystem.​

Prior to leading the Digital Assets Group, Alex was an Investment Counselor at Citi Private Bank for 11 years, overseeing ~$3B of assets and advising on asset allocation and portfolio construction across all asset classes. Alex has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Richmond.

Greg is a founding partner of Motus Capital Management. Previously Greg was the Co-Head of the Digital Assets Group at Citi, where he was responsible for business development and thought leadership across digital assets. Greg has been investing in the digital asset space since 2016, writing weekly insight pieces since 2017, and advising clients and former colleagues consistently through various market cycles. This dedication has built trust and a meaningful network across the digital asset ecosystem.​

Prior to leading the Digital Assets Group, Greg spent over a decade in wealth management at Citi and J.P. Morgan. Most recently Greg was a Portfolio Manager where he managed over $5B of multi-asset class portfolios on a discretionary basis for UHNW individuals and Family Offices. Greg has a degree in Finance and Management Information Services from the University of Delaware.​

Frank is a founding partner of Motus Capital Management. In the wake of the 2017 crypto boom, Frank sought to understand the potential of digital assets via traditional financial valuation metrics, and in 2022 he left traditional finance to focus solely on crypto.

At the end of his career at Citi, Frank was a Director and Investment Counselor overseeing ~$8B of assets spanning traditional, alternative, and direct investments. He also held roles in Cross-Asset Sales & Trading, where he led idea generation for the bank’s most sophisticated tactical trading clients. ​Prior to Citi, Frank was a Teaching Fellow in the graduate finance department at New York University, where he taught statistics, econometrics, and volatility modeling. Frank holds degrees in Economics and Business Administration from The College of William & Mary and an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business.​
